ADMS StayOS processes the personal information you provide to operate your account, reservations and guest communications. This deployment is a development-ready implementation; the business operator must review and publish a complete privacy notice with its legal identity, contact address, retention periods, data processor list and applicable Malaysian privacy disclosures before accepting production customers.

Information we use

Account details, property information, booking and guest contact details, private messages, uploaded images and billing records are used to provide and secure the service.

Access and retention

Tenant information is separated by tenant identifiers and authorization. Guest StayPass links are bearer credentials: share them only with the intended guest. The operator should define a retention and deletion schedule before production use.
